Spring 2026 Core Program: The spring program is based on birthyears. The fall program will be school years
The Fall Core program runs from February to May 2026. This program is for ages 5-15. (Includes U16 team teams) Registration for the Spring season is OPEN.
Early Bird registration: 9 April -31 May 2026 ( Discounts)
Regular registration: 1 June -30 June 2026
Late registration: 1-31 July 2026 (Additional $25) Players placed on waitlist for teams needing players
Practices begin week of 12 August 2026 y (At least one coach is required to be certified prior teams starting practice)
Games begin on 12 September - end on 14 November

Volunteer coaches, referee, team parents and field support are needed for this program. The best way to guarantee a spot for your child on a team is to register as a coach. Need to register for spring season
Coaches select time and day(s) for practice to meet their schedule.
Region provides coach training and coach equipment
Region provides referee training and equiopment.
Referees select game and times that meet their schedules.
The region also provides referee and coach mentoring.
The U6 and U8 teams practice once a week and play games on Saturday morning. (Games are at Van Buren Elementary School, Placentia)
The U10 - U16 practice twice a week and play games on Saturdays. There is some travel for these age groups to other neighboring regions in the area. (Orange, Irvine, Costa Mesa, etc.) At least half of the games are played at Jean Woodard Park or Champions Sports Complex.
Registration includes uniform (jersey, shorts and socks), insurance, pictures, practice, coach and referee training and equipment, and game field costs.

Fall 2026 Kickstart Camps (Takes the place of playground and schoolyard):
Is within the Core program registration and takes place during both Fall and Spring seasons. This is a separate program from the core program. This program is for 23 year old kids (21 Aug 2022-31 Aug 2024), This program is designed to provide players with soccer skills and game experiences so they are better prepared for entering the organized practice and game program.This program is a parent and me activity, introducing them to soccer and having fun. Parents are required to participate with their children on the field during the session. These sessions are led by professional coaches. The children will do fun drills and then break off into teams and scrimmage against each other. This program is on Friday evenings for one hour. The program begins 18 September and ends on 13 November . The program location is planned for Yorba Linda Middle School
Registration includes professional coaches, camp shirt, insurance, and field costs.
