Fall Recreational Soccer Programs

AYSO is built on the Six Philosophies of Everyone Plays®, Balanced Teams, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, Open Registration and Player Development.

Fall Core (Recreational) Program:
Fall Core program runs from August to May.  This program is for ages 5-15. Registration for the Fall season is open now.  There are discounts for multi-family players.  Regular registration is May 31 to June 30, 2024. Registration after June 30th will not guarantee players a spot on a team.  Practices begin week of August 12th and Games begin on September 7th and end on November 9th.

Volunteer coaches, referee, team parents and field support are needed for this program. The best way to guarantee a spot for your child on a team is to register as a coach.  The U6 and U8 teams practice once a week and play games on Saturday morning.  The U10 - U16 practice twice a week and play games on Saturdays. There is some travel for these age groups to other neighboring regions in the area.

There is an AYSO AREA Tournament at the conclusion of the fall season. The top ranking teams (U10 and older) in each region are eligible to participate in this tournament. The tournament typically takes place the first weekend of December. If your team wins this AREA tournament, they are eligible for the AYSO Section Tournament. Section tournament takes place the first weekend in February.

AYSO AREA Tournament (December) --> AYSO Section Tournament (February) --> AYSO Western States Tournament (March) --> AYSO Nationals Tournament

Registration includes uniform (jersey, shorts and socks), insurance, pictures, practice and game field costs. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

Fall 2024 All Stars:
At the conclusion of the Fall 2024 recreational season, we offer the All-Star program (via tryouts) to boys and girls, ages 10U to 12U. In order to be eligible, the player must have been on a Fall Rec team for at least half the season. This season, we will have a U10B, U10G, U12B and U12G participating in the program.

The All-Star program prepares players to advance to more competitive levels of play. Our region plays against other All-Star teams within Area Q in January.

There are usually 8 games over 4 weeks. Each Saturday, they will have two games - one home and one away (in one of our neighboring regions). We expect players to represent the region by competing with effort and sportsmanship. The winners of the season in each division progress on to the Sectional All Star tournament, in mid to late February.

AYSO ALL STAR Section Tournament (February) --> AYSO ALL STAR Western States Tournament (March)  --> AYSO ALL STAR Nationals Tournament

The All-Star program is a more advanced level of play than the Fall primary season, thus requiring a greater commitment from the player. We expect players in our All-Star program to make the program their top sports priority during this season. This is from late November through early February. We don't mind if the player is involved in other sports, only that conflicts are resolved in favor of the All-Star team.

Fall Preschool Camps:
Schoolyard Program

The school yard program is within the Core program registration and takes place during both Fall and Spring seasons. This is a separate program from the core program.  This program is for 4 year old kids (2020 birth year), who are new to soccer.  This program is designed to provide players with soccer skills and game experiences so they are better prepared for entering the organized practice and game program.  These sessions are led by professional coaches.  The children will do fun drills and then break off into teams and scrimmage against each other. This program is on Friday evenings for one hour and begins September 13th and ends November 1st, 2024.

The one hour practice contains skills and game (scrimmages) experience.  Volunteer coaches are needed to help with the scrimmages.

Registration includes uniform, insurance, and field costs.

Registration is contained in the Fall 2024 Core program. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]
